Refunds and Exchanges
A refund will not be offered only exchanged.
For customised, bespoke or made to order purchases, no refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns if tags are removed and must be in original packaging when returned to us.
If the item is faulty must contact us immediately, Items can be returned within 7 days after the shipping company has confirmed delivery. Once we have received and inspected the condition of your returned package, we will processed.
On various orders 1-3 day order processing time is required on before shipment.
Customs fees must be paid by the customer prior to receiving your order if applicable.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange, please contact us. Your original order shipping cost are non-refundable, all returns shipping charges lie at the customers expense.
We will except returns with trackable shipment only.
If an item has been received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us images of your damaged or incorrect item so we can assess. If images are sent at a later date, we may not be able to refund you or replace the item.

Your information is held for only as long as is absolutely necessary. If you want to be kept up to date on new deliveries or items that are back in stock, we’ll let you know. If you don’t then we won’t.
